Early this morning, on the Floor in the House of Representatives, Congressman Tim Ryan was speaking out against sending the additional 21,000 troops to Iraq without the proper equipment and had this jewel to share with his colleagues:

YOU GO TO WAR WITH THE PRESIDENT YOU HAVE. Not the one you wish you had.
