Arabic paper exposes secret program

Today's Daily Al Bayan (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) controversially exposed the secret Al Qaeda program "Nobody Obviously Sees How Idiotic" Tactic (NOSHIT), resulting in terrorist leaders lashing out against the paper today.
Numerous Islamic extremist figures have lashed out at Daily Al Bayan over an article describing a secret Al Qaeda program designed to pretend the US monitoring international financial transactions was a suprise to the organization, arguing that the publication of the article was a contemptable act and suggesting that the newspaper is "siding with the White House."
The paper's story went into detail about how Al Qaeda was well aware of the US Treasury's efforts to track them down, but discussed how members of Al Qaeda in Iraq and other countries put on an act in pretending not to know about those efforts. Abu Ayyub al-Masri was quoted as saying "Yes, we knew about their attempts to track our money, but we tried not to let on. We knew. They tried to keep it a secret, and for a while it stayed that way. Millions of people were oblivious to the United State's data mining programs. We called them 'American Citizens.'"
al-Masri went on to say "we stopped transferring large sums of money long ago. Now we rely on credit card and identity fraud. Thanks to our new partners, some cell called "VA", we have plenty of opportunities to continue the funding of our activities."
